Hi.

The 300 cap on sneak, is it soft cap or hard cap? If I have 270 sneak and ghost, walk close to walls is there any point using stealth boy? And the ghost perk itself, does it give bonus when you are fighting at night or is it just with walls? In description it mention night aswell...

300 is max you can have for Sneak skill. You can't go over it.
