Gun Runners [SOLVED]

Gonna post this again.

I have level 12, 3 charisma, and above 50% in small guns. Why can I not do courier missions for Marshal? These are all the requirements. He just says 'I don't look tough enough'.

What is your reputation with Gun Runners?
It must be 0 or above that, to do job.

It is -50 (Neutral). How do I get it to 0?

It must be something else than reputation, because you would get different answer.

Which quest You want to take ?

Coz there are 2 quest and the one You have chose in dialog option is a team quest and You need higher lvl.

But You didnt take the option to get this quest.

Yeah I did, he said "We don't need anyone like you!".

I picked both job options, the mercenary one, and the one where you ask if he's hiring. There are no other options.

I did this as a last resort and it worked. Bring an extra 10 caps for the entrance fee, though.
