Missing changelog from 31.08:

Changelog 31.08.2013
- Gun Runners Caravan Package quest is repeatable (after 6-9 hours randomly),
- Melee Damage is added also to minimum hth damage,
- Added various faction names,
- Removed some guards from Broken Hills, Redding and Den,
- Added protection for low level characters on worldmap (work in progress, will be adjusted based on feedback).

Glow:
- Added more enemies and more valuable items.
- After repairing, generator will be online for 15-20 minutes
- Added machines with spare Electronic Parts on level 2.
Vault 15:
- Changed to low-tech dungeon spawning basic weapons, armors and meds
- Added mobs and raiders on all levels

Tal-Chem location added, it will be high-level dungeon. Currently the interior of it is inaccessible as it's not finished, will be available after rework, also spawning bosses with implants..
Ares lvl 3 and lvl 4 added, for now only placeholders (nothing to do there). Will be available after rework, also spawning bosses with implants.
Added tunnels under Klamath, they will be another low-level dungeon in the future.
Changed Warehouse in Los Angeles to mini-dungeon, filled with deathclaws and few lockers spawning valuable items.

about [Demolition Expert] support perk,i think there may something wrong,i cant learn it from "Redding, right building from main entrance, guy in red skirt near slot machine",yes he has [Demolition Expert] chose,and i have 150 trap,but cant get it!

This is probably the most humorous change, simply because it was even in there in the first place. I can't recall how many times I told the 2238 devs that mercs had a ridiculously high crit chance and they just denied it. Up until Reloaded they have had the Sniper perk.

Today a small update.
Tomorrow a larger update (I hope :) ).

Also, what "they"? There is only me working on it atm, that's it.

OK,if you dont learn Awareness and Cautious Nature in NCR,when you reach 150 outdoorsman,they just dont work!only pathfinder

Hey i have an idea for a future update for factions

Ranks so that you can select who has access to which bases, for example this would be useful when recruiting people you dont fully trust, give them access to the low level base where you keep all your regular stuff and when they are trust worthy and higher rank give them access to the better base.

also a use for joining the enclave other than being hated by all would be nice :P maybe when you improve rep through quests that aint implamented yet and gain access to schimatics or somthing, maybe at max rep be able to buy a bird for a mil or somthing rather than only the luckyest person in the world gets it, i mean if i made a new char and encountered a vertibird and couldant get it i wouldant be happy, a real way to get it thats structured would be nice, even if it is extremly hard.

and i aint seen anyone in power armour, is it out there? i hear its in caves, why would it be in caves? seems a bit strange but thats just what i heared i might be wrong.

apart from them small issues great work :) loving the game so far never even played fallout 2 before, played 3 and vegas but im loving this game so far! :D keep it up <3

But ranks are already ingame

NPC factions need a lot of love to be something interesting.
