Private mine? help

Well I got private mine and I want to ask how to get most out of it. I have slaves and got them mining. It seems they only count as mining when am log in? Do I have to be near them? Can mining yourself yeild much because with low spawn rate of HQ dont seem like it.  My main point is I like get most out of it. So if some could post good guide or information. Please do so. I just like maximize my private mine.

Get slaves and tell them to dig for you, digging yourself is not efficient since the respawn time takes a lot.

ya , they need make yield more mining your self.
But for slaves do I have stay log in for them to gather?

you can log off on WM, if you log off in mine they will flee from mine

so as long as  i log off world map it be same yield as if i stay online in world map?

I used to set 2 niggaz in my mine, which was around Redding and I spent like 2 weeks in NCR. After I went to mine, it was empty arleady. Overweight niggaz came to the workbench, on hex that you use to check tool set, and were killed as an type of unloading. You will have to buy new mine soon.
