Where can i find Combat armor blueprint ?

Cant find in encounters no one sels them

Its one of the most difficult blueprints to get. You can find in footlockers in urbam areas, but they have very low chance to appear in chests.

Well, look in Sell/Auctions. But be sure You have 1 000 000+ caps, cause they're very expensive.

Much better to get a tough laser spammer up to Lockpick 150 and go locker hunting to find one. I found my first 12 blueprints in lockers and then surprise - i found a combat armor blueprint. A friend of mine started locker hunting and found a CA bp on his first try. While you are looking for it, you will be finding many other cool itemz.

I dont know who is henry, but I also found combat armor bp if first try, I lockpicked 5 lockers withouth blueprints, and 6th one had ca, no joke, char was lvl 7 and it haf 100 lock pick, I wanted to see what can be found there, I didnt searching for ca,

and personaly I dont like crafting it I crafted 10 armors since then, I still rather farm ncr army for camk2

Urban encounters, they are rare as hell : D
Don't be surprised if you are lvl 42 and yet haven't found CA MK BP after opening... hmm over 1k chests?

Try some spots that most of players don't use
I can't give other tips, because I don't know other ones
