Even if we ignore the fact that he said that he got banned while using it, he's a bluesuit with a hammer, kinda self-explanatory.

Auto-click should be forbidden - that's undebatable, but it should be clearly stated in the rules.

That's completely different question. First they ban me during using macros, then they didnt even post it somewhere explaining the reason (where actully i dont see any reason)

Depends what for? Like quick relog is ban during pvp, but not for pve.
If you did it for crafting or leveling, or spamming messages, could be bannable and probably is.

I used macros to mine when i went sleep.
I woke up at night to feed my cat and saw that my char stays at place similar to TLA's Hell, and macros is the only reason for ban. I didn't use fast relog or duallog in combat. With such attitude i will leave this server, because if administration forgot to modify game rules , it's not my problem anyway, and ofc it's not the reason for ban. Farewell.

Location is very similar to prison (if you will use elevator , you will actually enter prison )
I don't know forbidden they are or not, but if yes, you should mention it in game rules or smth. Thanks for attention.
