All known special encounters

Does anyone have a good idea of what special encounters there are and exactly what is in them? So far, I only know...

Bus stop in desert: Centaur, ~24 nuka colas
Family grave: Shovel, eyeglasses, necklace,  10000 caps, some rocks and a flower
Abandoned howitzer: 10 howitzer shells, NCR Ranger Armor + Mirrored Shades or brotherhood armor+helmet or enclave armor+helmet
Clinic: Lots of medical supplies, crowbar, some needler pistols and ammo, drug blueprint(Couldn't pick lockers, anyone tell me if I missed something important?)
Factory: Lots of high quality metal and alloys
Old Warehouse: 10mm pistol with ammo, Vertibird with key, gold watch, junk, lots of molerats
Small hidden bomb shelter: 2 of the following: PA + helmet OR HPA + helmet OR gauss pistol OR vindicator minigun OR ncr/brotherhood/enclave armor + headgear OR pulse rifle OR gatling laser + ammo OR solar schorcher OR bridgekeeper's robe OR 2x minigun. Low tier loot such as iguanas, nuka colas, fruits, shotgun shells, combat leather jacket/metal mk2. Key is found easily to the locker room as the shelter is so small.

Please fill me in on anything I missed. Since I could not find one, I'm trying to make an easy and comprehensible guide of special encounters for people.

I got the medic clinic and picked lockers. The locked ones just contain A LOT of medical supplies and drugs. I think i walked out with like 30-40 super stim paks.

Is it possible to find the same ecounter one more time ( or more) ? I read about 3 ecunter bunker, but is the same option with any others ecounter? For example with vertibirds?

FYI: Yes, you can find SE while driving a car.

Today i was driving a Highwayman and found the vertibird SE (this makes the 6th time i found the vbird!). I guessed that meant i would lose my Highwayman since i could not drive both vehicles out of there, but good news: once i hit the worldmap with the vbird, the SE remained visible as a dot because my car was still there, so i was able to get back and also get my Highwayman.

Notes
* Vertibird going to Brahmin Eaters faction.
* No way to send distress from SE location.
* Level 26 character, had never found any SE before.
* Location is zone 20:39, which is apparently a city ruins zone with the right maps, even though it doesn't really look like it. Don't bother focusing on this zone to find it though because any city ruins zone will do. Like i said, i found 6 of these babies so far counting this one today. (2 were in groups, 4 solo: 1 sold and 1 to BE).

Has anyone else found this many vertibirds? If not, you can call me the Vertibird Whisperer.
