Yep,exacly,it is just for personal "cosmetic"...

NOTE
After last update it seems like server is loading some data from reloaded001.zip archive (located in data folder) in such case if you have any missing images of ca mk2
then then go to that archive/art folder and create inven,past there camk2armor and camk2helmet,then go back to art folder,creat items folder there and past there ground_ca2 and ground_ca2_helmet.png, (these files are located on downloaded APA file from 1st. page).
