Outpost issues

So long story short, we messed the terminal a while back and our leader was removed from the roster. This was originally our intention, as we were going to leave it behind and join this other guy. Now, we need a bit more private area to keep our more expensive things like our cars and caps and such. Is there any way our leader can add himself back to the roster, and restore the Outpost? Or will we have to make a new one? As of now I am the only one who can see the Outpost on the world map, and I'm not the leader. Whenever I click on the terminal, I can't say anything other than "Damn."
Any help is appreciated!

This sound somehow very familiar, most of players have problems with bases.
Ask GM ingame to help, with command -> +requesthelp helpwithbase
