I believe this game more dangerous that eve online.

Hehe yes it is. I used to play Eve and they suicide gank a lot in the Jita (high sec) system too. But the fact that the guards do not attack the one looting the dead player sucks. The fact that a guy can go in without armor, kill someone at a safe mine, die, and then let his buddy loot the dead player without any consequence makes it a little silly. It would be fair and square if the guards started firing on the corpse looter or at least let other players kill the corpse looter without getting punished would make it a lot more fair. The guy who suicides loses nothing and can just run back without consequences. In Eve he at least loses his ship and security status.
