Thank you PP for the list, I don't tested all the locations but I fully agree to:
- Winchester's family, also I heard from others that "La Grange" has such issues as you described.
The only point (with my limited experience so far) where I would not fully agree to is "Gecko Sanctuary" as I think the location is fine. Had no trouble that there is a deathclaw and an alien. They give good exp and some useful items.
