Missing animation frame in npc / lsw problem

1st bug [GFX]:  Missing frame from yellow beggar animation (invisible when facing north east) 

2nd bug [Mechanic]: With BRoA and Fast shoot still having singlefire lsw cost as 3 action points, think it should cost 2ap balance thing ok
