Fonline Engine Question

Hi guys.
Few weeks ago I downloaded Client and Server from here. Launched my own server for me and my friends but I met few problems I hope you can somehow show me the way. First thing... without decompressing .dll's do we have full access to source code? I found some problems during changes and I think many functions and classes are in .dll's but I cannot decompress them to get access. Tried with Visual Studio "ildasm.exe", .NET Reflector, JetBrains dotPeek and get everywhere error... from dotPeek and Reflector: "parameters.dll' is not a .NET module.", from Ildasm.exe: "has no valid CLR header and cannot be disassembled". I'd very appreciate any kind of help. Maybe someone could shoiw me proper tool to edit them or help with them without going there.
