Im pretty new player in this game and I really need to find list of quests or something. Especially main quest.
Can somebody help me?

You should read several wiki articles about the game. It's helpful but keep in mind that some information may be not updated. For more detailed questions, just use forums or discord (you don't have to download an app or something like that, you can enter discord channel via web browser).

But still I dont know where I can find Evelyn, because in my Pip boy that quest Its Failed. I want do that one again, there is on Wiki locations where can I find her: "In wasteland, near the NCR, the Hub or Vault City" but she isnt there.

Provide more information what quests you did.

In my next quest I must go to Vallout 15 but there is so many bad guys, they are stronger and there is reat time combat mode

You can only use the computer on first underground level, it is located at right top side. You don't have to enter floors where Slags protect lockers. You can come back there if you're more skilled, have better equipment and good lockpick skill (recommended 150% and expanded lockpickset).
