NPC bug

Some NPCs have different spot, and when trying to talk them, they move to different spot (teleport magic?)

Of course there might be a lot more, I just took these as example. Not sure when this started to happen, but certainly after "FOnline Classic" upgrades and such.

I have same thing with exactly this npc, in towns (f.e. telltale's) and in random encounters (salvagers).
