How about make Crowbar raise Lockpick skill by 10%-15% ?(like wrench does)
In real life crowbars used to open doors, boxes, lockers.
So in game it will be logical and not cheat compares to lockpicks.
Because Crowbar bonus will be smaller and bigger weight. (maybe add break chance like for other lockpick/repair items)
