Game too bright

I haven't played for a while and logged in today to check out the double xp weekend. I updated the game beforehand ofc.
The problem is that the game is overly bright for some reason. I lowered in-game brightness to minimum but it's still too bright. Like if the game brightness or contrast was too high.
I've never had this problem before. Is this some kind of a bug introduced in recent update?
