Kali Kalune Barter Skill reward

I did finish her questlines with two different Characters, one with barter skill arount ~105 and already 10 skill books read, the other one with ~30 barter and no skill books read. Both didn't get any points in barter, but the dialogue said i gained 30 skill points.
Otherwise this is a really rewarding Quest, especially for new Characters!

Who? Kali Kalune? She's in the small building opposite of the police building with the officer that buys lighters for 50 caps.

The issue seems to have been fixed, as the quest now gave me +15 speech (also in the dialogue).
