Anyway if you truly made that; I guess thats the first nice thing from you, that I can say looks nice.

If you make animations for that, I suggest of making completly new suit (Not just texture over NCR Ranger Armor) which could be added into game. If thats possible, dunno. Also is that supposed to be a baseball cap or helmet?

Dude first of all,the model MUST be based on something that is INGAME i can't just add brand new model with all animations,stats and SHIT,that could do anybody then and you would see many people with original APA just cause of edditing some scripts and commands...
If Kilgore would want to have it ingame he can create such thing and it wouldn't be a problem to be as an model not a reskin...
It isn't reskin btw,you should know how reskins works before saying such things...
