As I did everything right, It says in the chat that I will get Book of Achievement, I delete my character and wait 3 minutes, and then I tried to log in as it was deleted to be sure, I made a new character with another name, I did some mistakes with the name that it was taken, After I got a name that is free to take I got into the game but I didn't receive my book or I didn't have the tent marker. Can anyone explain this shit???

You should have made a new character before rerolling the old one and provided him with map to the tent.
When you delete a character, all his tents disappear, unless someone else read the maps to these locations.

You lost everything in fact, but if you manage to do such errors, it's also meaning you didn't lost much so you're fine,if i find you in game i'lltry to help with your next build if you wish.
