Brotherhood Navarro quest bugfix?

Is there a fix for the Brotherhood Navarro red object quest? Ive done as the wiki told me and I noticed that it's possible to be bugged so.... now i can't finish it. My brotherhood paladin that gave me the quest will not let me turn it in... Any suggestions? Ill even take "screw the BoS and join a player faction" as an answer but you better be recruiting lol

Reroll, join Enclave, see the light, get right with god and the universe (only 5k caps, sometimes there's a special, 2-fer-1!), join BOS.
