Vault City Basement.

How do I get into the Vault city basement area? Not the vault, but the basement area on the other side of the city. I am a citizen, but they still won’t let me in there.

Actually I can't because the image is too large.
“Lily” refers to it as “the command center.”

At least in 2238.

There are turrets at the bottom of the stairs.

"Pay Asshole" is a joke alt- almost completely useless.

High CHA/Speech, so could maybe become a slaver and provide a few useful mules.

Beyond that, not good for anything.
