Why not make Klamath tunnels into Klamath mine? You could just drop the mine into part of the first tunnel, or just drop the veins into the tunnels as-is. The rats aren't worth the levelling advantage (too far for a new char to travel, too little xp for the kind of char that can get that far to bother with)...
