a few farm suggestions

Nobody uses this functionality cuz it doesn't work properly.

* Kids have very low chance of finding stuff for apples (although the idea is cool, I believe)

* Custom caravans have very little chance of success. I tried like five times and all failed. I seriously doubt it has any sense.

* The water girl and the Wiki mention that we can have a contract with water merchants for our farm's profits. Couldn't find the option with merchants.

* Please stop closing the dialogue with the rancher when we buy/sell/slaughter the brahmin. Go to the first screen instead. Same about the fur trader.

Although there are ways to hack it tbh.

Kids should be able to find more apples, xander or broc, you know, they are very curious

I have seen that in JunkYard can be buy a Firetruck. Maybe it can be added option that firetruck can transport some water to Player Farm? It can make some player caravan or something:D
