Hello guys,

not trying to nitpick, but the scientist is actually called Ban Chao. Also about the injecting of mutagen, more faster way is to go to Den and inject it to local drunkards, rather than searching for holy people encounter.
And about one thing I noticed: You can start the quest-chain even with less INT than 5, but after you return with the 12 electronic parts, you can't engage dialogue with Ban Chao, It will keep on writing messages like He seems busy, talk to him later; or simply no message at all. At that time, you need to have at least 5 INT to continue with the quest and finish the electronic parts segment of the quest chain.

Anyway, great update and quality content.

(A) faster way is to go to Den and inject it to local drunkards, rather than searching for holy people encounter.
You risk vilification if you test it on locals. Holy people they don't give a fuck about.

Now, if being vilified in den is a goal into itself, well... Ban Chai, you say? From Hell? Time to start planning a little trip...
