BoS Rescue Mission - Encouters wont trigger again

Hello,
I've encountered a bug where the quest encounters despite implying that I have to trigger them again to complete, won't. Crashed humvee requires me to return with the parts but after taking the parts from Gordon's Gas Station the encounter won't trigger for the second time. Same with alternative quest which requires me to find the injured patrol, found them, didn't have stimpacks on me, got told to find and bring them (no stimpacks were present on the corpses), doesn't trigger for the second time, wouldn't let me use First Aid/Doctor on injured patrol. Spent 2+ hours walking around the map trying to trigger them, nothing. Talking to quest givers doesn't help, nor does relogging. I'm level 13 with 154% Outdoorsman, Explorer, Scout, Pathfinder and Cautious Nature perks.
Please help.

Are you saying that on the same character, you found both of the Rescue missions? There is always a sstim on one of the bodies in the Mariposa one, but i have heard people had trouble on the Hummer mission. That's why i always choose Mariposa. Thank you for posting this here.

Yes I've encountered both of them. If I leave the BoS can I rejoin and do the quests again or are quests non-repeatable and cannot be abandoned?

Good question. I never did that either. Let us know what happens if you try it.

Ok, quests are non-repeatable and cannot be abandoned. It's a permament roadblock. After resigning BoS rep drops to Vilified and you're going to get murdered by guards. It's definetely a bug.
