How to do "tild" "~"

Since the start of Season 3 I can't do the tild anymore. Is it because of new french keyboard imitation in FOnline ? Things like this were implemented : é , è, ç etc... But the combination to do the tild disapeard.

Or type ~ once than type letter you need, IT should appear. At least that's how it works for me.

Ok guys thanks for answers. Double tap is not working on french keyboard, but Madd matt technique IS WORKING (typing letter right after). Thank you Mad matt !
