I have found 4.7 in random wasteland footlocker early this season as well, something like 120ish rounds. I know it also used to spawn in warehouse footlocker but I doubt it does this season.

I found almost brand new G11E in footlocker and once 80+ ammo of caseless 4.7mm type...but I would not depend too much on footlockers...

How can one make throwing knives?
It's not in my fix boy and wiki doesn't specify.

it is in the fix boy, under the weapons slot. takes wood and metal parts (4 metal 2 wood i think)

if I have endurance 5 and I wanna get the strong back perk, can I use drugs to get en6 and then get it?

That doesn't work like that. To take perks you need to have such a END normally without drugs, or with use of implant. Anyway 5 END is very very low, are you sure you need such a low health?

find in dungeons or special encounter, not craftable

yes, i would keep those for special or statted items.

For the hidden bomb shelter and military bunker do you just go in and out repeatedly in a zone or is it like a forced encounter?
Also , the wiki doesn't say which tileset the military bunker can be found. I understand that you get a map from a dead body under a tree. Where can you find that though?

You could go in and out repeatedly to find it, but as with other special encounters its forced. And don't expect to find them often if people could farm easily them then a faction would be getting Implants and HPA everyday which would totally be unbalanced/OP...

I don't remember if it was Mountains or Desert, I got those Military base encounters a little north of the NCR.
Desert for underground Bunker though.
