You gain interest for having money in there, but risk not being able to withdraw. So no, not infinite.

It should run on W8, but not sure about mini laptops. How powerful?

I'm running it fine on a laptop with Win8. You should be fine.

Well, actually I decided against a mini laptop. Now I'm thinking about buying a Lenovo IdeaPad S500. It's still within my price range and it's very light so I think it would be pretty convenient for school. The only thing I don't like is the touch screen, but luckily I don't need to use it. Anyway, the specs of the Lenovo are better than on my current laptop, so I have a feeling that it would run the game fine as long as it runs on Windows 8.

Win8 won't be the problem in any of those cases (if a problem does come up at all) :)
