I'm just curious about private mines, I've got one for like a day, already got there 8 slaves and it's not bugging, and I need to drop sources every 4 hours. The thing is all they mine is basically HQ Iron Ore, and some minor other ores, the ratio is like 5:1 to other resources.
The question is : Are those resources based randomly or are set on the location spawn or depend on the mine purchase location?
I've got it next to Klamath.

Does Fonline Reloaded have a hacker problem? These dudes from Russia keep killing me- from insane distances. One other guy was on the map with me and a friend, coming from top spawn. I was at east spawn, my friend tells me to run via Steam due to some jerk shooting him and looting his corpse. While his corpse is still being looted, I take 200ish damage and die. 30 seconds later, this russian fellow, the same one who killed my friend, loots mine. How could he kill me through walls and across the map?

A sniper rifle has 50 hexes range
A laser rifle has 45 (47) range
A gatling laser has 40 hexes range
an avenger minigun has 35 hexes range

Those are the most common weapons you can meet. And they all happen to have quite some range.
Fonline does not have hackers as far as I know. I have however seen people that have insane amounts of AP in TB. That can be explained by either sequence fuckery (two turns) or by simply being a TB build: A good and well geared TB build has 16ap to shoot and (bonus move) 18ap to walk, it's scary I know.

Alternatively, it was his buddy a sneaker that shot you.

Can someone please explain how to get Homesteaders? Info is lacking on the wiki. I have 5k caps in slot 1/2, CH 4 and IN 10 on drugs and still don't get the dialogue option.

easiest way to get alot of 7.62mm ammo is to craft it, it requires only basic materials (minerals/iron ore) which you can get easily in high amounts by digging in public guarded mines, you also need profession big guns level 1 to craft it (check wiki, professions)

Small guns gunsmith gives you ability to craft it too, if you are strong you can farm it on NCR Army, or if you are weaker hunt down Riders between Brokken Hills and Vault City, good luck. Pal
