Is there any perk/notification in character menu of joining the mordino family? Because I failed and don't want to miss this. And is there a chance to replay this quest?

afaik it does, howewer it must not make such great difference since it only fires 10 bullets.

How is it finally done? Taking Mentats, Psycho, Buffout or Jet don't have any chance to make me addicted to them? I have char. without Chem. Reliant or Chem.Resistant Traits.

Long time since I played. Can someone give me a quick rundown of what each trader buys? How do caravans work now? I remember that before anyone could enter a caravan at a certain time in some cities, but idk how it works now.

check this table to see what each merhcants sells and accepts

caravans work the same way except that the leader will only shoot you if you kill someone and special enemies are much easier to kill now
