For crit builds always max luck. Even if you plan around silent death you will almost never kill anyone in Just 1 shot. Basically what you do is keep shooting them and hope for a ko. Or resneak and keep shooting them from behind.

it does have +5 hidden crit roll bonus compared to other aiming weapons, so chance is a bit higher
oh and plasma rifle does have it too

No, crit power is affected by:
-better criticals (+20)
-silent death (+10)
-ennemi armor/helmet (-5 to -15)
-man of steel (-10)
-bonehead (-10 if headshot)
-armor bonus (up to -5)
-weapon bonus (up to +5)
-finesse (depends on ennemy armor/helmet but decrease damage alot, +2.5 on CA)
-RBTE (depends on ennemi helmet, +5 on CA helmet)


As beer said, your first shot will be critical no matter your luck but wont kill. You'll have to keep shooting or resneak, but if you resneak the guy will heal and you never have him. With high luck (9 or 10) you can still rape his ass after first shot. Aim your first shot in groin, it's autocrit so crit chance doesn't matter and you KO chance is higher in groin (cause most guys have bonehead), once you hit him aim head or eyes for max crit chance and damage.

wrong, finesse and rbte are affecting only crit chance

deducts 50% from base critical chance modifiers of helmet (not counting crafting bonuses)

Are you sure for RBTE?
The wiki description says "all critical modifiers" and mojuk didn't say anything about crit power, only crit chance.
I'm pretty sure it decreases also crit power, but I didn't check the code ofc, so you tell me.
