Have you checked graphics driver for your GPU? Usually that is problem with FOnlineGL, and those "Centipedes" are 3D models.

Edit: Just my guess, but I think your computer is too old for FOnline. We cannot help you get sounds or fix 3D models for you, problem is your computer.

So the problem is fixed in this way, I tought it has requierments as Fallout 2...
Sound problem can be done by my old PC too?

Thanks for DxDiag, now I have few things for you:

1) Download and install AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver (There is new version of driver, should fix lot problems)
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/legacy/14-4-xp32-64-dd-ccc-pack1.exe

2) Download and install nForce Audio Driver (There is new version, that does fix problems with game sounds)
http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/nForce/4.62/4.62_nforce_audio_winxp2k_international_whql.exe

3) After you updated graphics driver and audio driver, you have to update DirectX:

And here we go with another problem...direct shows up i dont need to update/install that and after downloading and instaling amd drivers the error shows up...I will try again tommorow and say how things goes.

Hmm, I think you wasn't able to download AMD drivers?

I used auto-detect...but after 80% installation the app. shows up error.
I'm waiting for answer from their support for now.

Once you get those new drivers, it is possible that your sounds and 3D models will be working.

Try this for AMD driver "Catalyst Software Suite":

Replace your FOnline.cfg with this optimized one, you will get better FPS with your old computer:

Unfortunately it's not working even after updating drivers.
Btw. I downloaded client once again, with your confing I have the same FPS as already but make some jumps of screen.
Anyway, I have no problems with FPS or ping or anything, only with 3D crits and sound. It's for sure my PC ?

Yep, there is, if you have a good reason to ask -> PM me.

There were some problems with IRC but we don't host it so we can do nothing about it if it happens to not work. Fortunately it seems it's working again.

Is there possibly a download mirror for the full client? When I am downloading it here it is very slow. (5-6 hours, and usually my browser just automatically cancels it anyway).

I hope I don't have to deduce from this that when I manage end up playing I am going to have a real bad time trying to actually connect to the servers.

Uhm iam new to this site, huge fallout fan i dont have fallout 2 downloaded though i know you dont need it to download, but i followed this tutorial http://youtu.be/d-p040Xm6xo     -and after my download id extract it into a folder useing winrar, and i go to laugh the fallout online application and it says to me after 4 times of deleteing and redownloading it says "This application has failed to start because d2dx9_94.dll was not found. reinstalling the application may fix the problem" :/ i have a strong urge to play this game if anyone could throw me some tips id greatly appreciate it id like to play this game thank you.
