It had no fixed price, just a really low starting price compared to the other cars.

Do the special unarmed moves work?
I have a vague memory that the +15% crit. chance perk was there to replace the bonuses from heymaker and suchlike and force people to use weapon, but did it ever happen?

Yeah, with HtH special moves you get more crit change bonus than with weapons (even buffed)

How many times can a companion level?

Cause I had one with 130 HP and lvled all the way to 175 currently. (5 HP per lvl)

Is there a cap for them?

I would guess it's "arm, drop, RUN".

You can "Use" to frag mine, next drop it to ground and go away from it
Not sure if trap skill is needed to get mines work without problems.

No, you can't remove the slaver tattoo, once a slaver, always a slaver.

~disbandparty is to remove ENTIRE npc party

It has no use currently - and I doubt it will have any in future, just useful for collectors (Who would even collect such things?)
