Can you guys show how you calculate that? I'm clearly not doing it right:

I start with 13.5 (average dmg from an Avenger bullet), add 7 per bullet (from the 3xBRD) = 20.5

Then i multiply 20.5 by 13 (14 specified by Winnie -1 that missed) = 266 base dmg

Damage Adjustment for AP ammo is 2/3, so 287 becomes 177
Damage Adjustment for JHP ammo is 2/1 so 287 becomes 532 (?)

CA (40% DR and 5 DT) + Even Tougher (10% DR and 3 DT) + Psycho (15% DR) = 65% DR and 8 DT

AP ammo has -35 DR mod and Penetrate, so (177-2) x (65-35%) = 122
JHP ammo has +40 DR mod, so (532-8) x (65+40% which equates to 95%) = 26

Okay i see a few reasons now why my numbers are different:

1) I did forget the Penetrate perk with the AP ammo. Fixed

2) You're figuring DT as a per bullet thing, whereas I figured it as a total per burst.

3) It looks to me like you also figured he has basic Toughness in addition to the perks he specified, whereas i left basic Toughness out.

4) Formula order is very different. You start with avg base dmg but go straight to multiplying by ammo dmg mod, whereas I go straight to adding extra dmg from BRD perks. Next i go to number of bullets multiplier in order to get a total dmg, whereas you don't multiply number of bullets until last step after factoring in DT and DR per bullet.

Once again, thanks for the help, Seki!

Hmm.. that's nice! I did it differently, used 14 bullets and added brd earlier.. that was wrong.
Henry, you would be much closer if you used DR mod right.
It is not dmg x (65-35%).
it is dmg x (100-(65-35)%) = dmg x 0.7 (or 0.65 with beer, like Seki did)

edit : oh yeah, this calculation was also with toughness
I thought that's beer.
Does dt/3 rounds to integer number? What would happen with 8 dt then?

I hope you're right, but how do you know it's wrong?

Yeah I did it the same as Seki, on the calculator. I know it looks like I multiplied dmg by 30%, but no, I multiplied dmg by .7

Because Seki said so.

its always rounded down so it counts like 6 dt reduced to 2

Ah.. that sucks.
Also a question about that crit chance..
I was told that CA+MoS against 25 crit makes it 25/120 chance. Is it right?
Does crit power just reduces the crit on table?
Can't find it anywhere..

Thanks, I've read that.. Only don't understand if it makes crit chance 25/120 or 5/100 ( mos 10 +ca 10)?
Also does headgear crit mod adds here for uncalled shot?

no, helm/head works only for aimed shots into head and eyes

What's exactly Town Domination?

use search next time, quote from initial changelog topic..

Domination:
Added pipboy statistics for factions guarding towns for the longest period.
Every reward spawn adds one point to domination score.
Domination doesn't give any additional profit.

Should heavy EW take Fast Shot or invest in Even More Criticals and fuck everything with crits?

edit: I've read the wiki just want some more thoughts.

When I meet the requirement for a support perk because of an implant
can I take the perk or is it the same as with bonuses from drugs and armor?

Fast shot for turn-based, criticals for real-time. If you want to use the gatling laser take none of them.
