If you gather 10 000 caps and go to construction a foreworker (in NCR, VC or SF), you are able to create a DIY base.

on YouTube video.

How does AC work in TB?
Wiki-boy says 'you receive Armor Class only when running', one is never running in TB, when one is being shot at... so that gives 0 AC in TB?

Does Silent Death work with any one-handed, single-shot weapon? Like Sawed-Off Shotgun and Plasma Pistol?

In the changelog there's:
'when using Needler Pistol, Doctor skill is used for calculations instead of Small Guns skill'
Is that right? When shooting the gun the doctor skill is used?

Are there still rocks that you can attack with for 1AP?

What are the stats for thrown weapons (they seem to be missing in the wiki)?

I may be broke, but I ain't broken (just twisted).

AC work when you used more than half ap for running in TB.

SD work with any one handed weapon but no nades and no burst.

Needler use Doctor skill for hit chance calculation.

Rocks, probably.

Huh gonna fill the missing stuff.

I don't think that 200+, but I'm not so sure. You need to bug DocAn about it, or check by yourself in game.

The problem with AC in TB is known to me, we'll see what can be done about that.

Nope, I don't see a reason to keep it secret. I didn't look at it much, there _might_ be some balance issues, so it's easier to throw it at players and wait for suggestions. As soon as the server is launched, I'll be ready to post it, so remember to request it later.

How does AC work in TB?

At least half of you Action Points must be used for moving, or must not be used (some people forget it).
For example with a 10 AP max character: you will have your AC if you use 5 points for shooting, move for 2 hex and pass your turn while you have 3 AP remaining.

The perk Bonus Move can really be interesting in TB if you use AC, because she doesn't count in the maximum AP while she allow you to move.
So if you have 10 max AP, you can use 7 AP for shooting because this perk will allow you to move for 5 hex (3 AP + 2 only for moving).

Is there a chance, that new content be introduced, if contributed?
Will Reloaded welcome the 3D development team from 2238 to continue their work here?

I have no plans towards 3d at the moment.

I think fodev.net is a better place for that, especially that there is a lot of progress made there.

Since I've missed FO:2238, I'm currently learning usage of all the items and crafting.
I found that Radio in FO 2238 was a pretty cool thing. (http://fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Radio)
Does it keep it's functionality in FO:Reloaded?
