Hello all!
What exactly i need to have on my char so i can get delivery quest from sheriff in Gun Runners?
I took that little boost for sg and pistol from sheriff and now him and that midget inside building wont talk whit me.
Sorry if that was mention somwhere but i didnt find it here or on wiki.

-50 and i read somwhere i can give that porn midget some stuff for raise rep but that dwarf say to me that i need more skill and to go off.

Reputaution with Gun Runners must be at least 0 or +1, otherweise Marshal wont give u the quest.
U have 2 options.
1) u can make the muties quest for +500 reputation
or
2) give the midget caps or ammo (i dont remember wchich ammo it was).
If u have -50 so u have to give him 50 caps one by one. Not all @ once

I really hate to be a pain in the arse but I have another question, and I have used the search function on this website and nothing has come up.
How do I open the console?
I Know I have to use the ~ key but when I press it, nothing happens. I've used it before on other games, and need to use in FOonline to see what faction names are taken etc.
Do I have to do anything specific or allow the use of the console or something like that?

This console is same as chat, like you chat you will be using commands via it too.

Press enter and type -> ~ffn -> check out free faction names

Yep i read somwhere about that thing i can give midget something to raise rep but little man wont even talk whit me.I should check at evening, maybe he have mercy and talk whit me.

ok, this is something VERY disturbing...

Lately, I was traveling with a friend, and he has build for damage (with damage perks Bonus Ranged Damage ect.). We had same weapon, same ammo and we shot at same target, and his damage was avarge at 12, mine at 22 (yet, I dont have add damage perks for ranged). I though that it might be something with level, but... I have made DD character with DD perks, and went to test it, and with exact same weapon, exact same ammo, on exact same target situation was exact the same. My character lvl 18 was doing 12 damage per hit on targets, which other character (level 45) was hurting for 22. I need to add, that on first chracter (with DD perks) I have 189 SG, and on the second one, level 45, I have 181 SG).

Are the perks bugged or there is hiden stat that adds damage in levels?

If you're talking about burst-fire mode... maybe accuracy? Some bullets miss because of low weapon skill? Was it 95% to hit all the time?

I am talking about single shots, and single shots only.


EDIT: I know now (thanks Marshu!) whats is wrong. I took on other char trait Finesse. And thing is, that even with 29% crit chance, I dont do much crits... pity.
