I have a few questions about throwing

1. If a weapon is listed as needing 3 strength, does that mean with 3 you have max throwing range with it?

2. If you have 1 strength and both Heave ho! perks, will you have max range with a 3 str throwing weapon?

3. Do both Heave ho! perks add max throwing distance?

3 str is needed for weapon check not for throwing distance.
For max throwing you need 5 str and 2 perks

and laser rifle but they are very bad shooters. they will come to 15hexes to shoot with 70%. best option is to give them grenades

how to find lockers on wasteland? i assume they are on city ruins but can i leave and join random location to wait till they appear or there must be actual encounter with something?

2. from tc lockers, after you catch city, you have 0.5% to get it, every 30min when you own town

you have to go to "urban" encounters and try to go in and out of encounters to find it.

I have 110 Barter, i tried to sell some Improved flamers 100/100, Plasma pistols 100/100 and Plasma nades in: Ncr,BH,NR,SF, but only one trader in SF wants to buy only plasma pistols.

I still don't understand how the barter system works. Any tips?

Specific merchant buys specific type of iteams - Ew trader = ew stuff, BG trader = BG stuff

But merchants buy only tier1 or higher, no tier 0.
