This could be bug, I don't now remember how it works.

I craft one and see it myself, and will report it as bug if it seem like that.

Well, I have crafted 30 pieces just to get one -1AP and use it, just for fun vs some monsters on my FastShot build, and I am bit confused... on WIKI it says, that gun should have fast reload perk, but - if PERK itself is not working (afaik it was combined with FastPocket), so it may not work as it should in that gun.

It takes 3AP to reload normally any weapon, so with Fast Reload weapon perk on the .44 Magnum Fast Reload it mean that reload takes 2AP, not 1AP.

This is for 1AP reload to any weapon.

Takes 3 AP in Real-Time, only 2 AP in Turn-Based.
