I have a question. I am a noob so far at FOnline: Reloaded, so don't blame me. I would like to know, "Will I be able to  chat in the game, by typing messages?" "If so, how would I be able to do that? And how does it function?" Example: Would I have to be in the same area or town in order to talk to that player or would it be more of a worldwide chat?

Crit Chance Modifier does work multiplicative or addictive ?
So if i got for example 40% critical hit chance and my target is wearing combat armor (crit chance modif -10) its 40% - 10% = 30% crit or 40% * 0.9 = 36% ?

So i tested it 2 times with 2 differenct characters against 2 different armors :

-First test was with 14% critical chance char, with grease gun (without any bonus ofc) attacking player wearing HPA which has -15 critical chance modifier. So if it work as you said then my chance to do critical hit while attacking him should be 14 - 15 = -1% but i did critical.



-Second test was with 4% critical chance char, with grease gun (without any bonus) attacking player wearing CA which has -10 critical chance modifier. So my chance should be 4 - 10 = -6% and i did crit too.



I didnt reported it to bugs because im not really sure how it should work. Is there something wrong or how it work ?

In this game, minimum value for all is 5% and maximum is 95%.
Someone correct me if i am wrong about that, my info could be outdated. Not sure if it applies to crit chance specifically

I know about 5-95% hit chance but i didnt know that it works for critical too.

I did another test with my 14% critical chance character attacking player wearing CA so my crit should be 4%.
I shot him 200 times, 8 misess, 194 hits, 26 critical hits = 13,4% critical so its not 4% or 5% for sure, critical chance modifier is not working if it should really work as gauvaran said.
It can work like -10 modifier means -10% from final critical hit chance so my 14% would be 12,6% or aboslutly not working, i dont know, can someone explain how it should work ?

- Interestingly, everyone receives another "hidden" bonus chance to crit based on the results of their to-hit roll; a random number between 1 and 100 is subtracted from your to-hit value (your total hit chance after the formula on the wiki, clamped between 5 and 95). The difference between the random roll result and your to-hit is integer-divided by 10 then added to your critical chance. This means that a character with 1% chance to crit normally would in practice have anywhere between a 1% and 10% chance to cause a critical hit.

Example: You have 95% chance to hit. You shoot and your to-hit roll result is 50. The margin (95 - 50 = 45) is divided by 10 and the remainder removed, making 4. 4 is added to your total critical chance for that particular shot.

How would I start a faction? I am still new to most of the functions for this fallout mmorpg, and would like to know. I had a great idea of having something similar to a Mafia. In the Mafia, I was hoping to include what mafias usually have. A don, made men, wise guys, etc.
