There's the barter grounds, you can't kill/steal/lockpick there so its perfectly safe.

You go there to trade for the stuff which you discuss in the trading section of forums -> Auctions/Buy/Sell.
Don't expect people standing there yelling 'SELLING HUMMER FOR 40 000 CAPS, BUY NOW! AND GET 100 MFC FREE!'. That no longer works anywhere in game.

Where I can put some informations about bugs ?

So the probem is with my alt character and encounter.

I have char wits close combat skill ( uses miele weapons , knifes etc) , and when I travel on map on my motorbike and find encounter with robes, the doesnt attack me , just run away, and spam some long dialogs. I have to wait something about 2 min (per turn) and more for my turn and i have to chase them, so its impossible becouse they run on exit ground when i click on "close combat" they will back and attack (so start combat again) and run away. its absolutely impossible to save yor car or something importand, b`cose they do it all the time, and somebody can get your encounter. Only one way to save your cars is to call/distress for help your friend to kill them cowward bastards, and you can finaly close your combat, and go away.

these encounters can stopt you on nearly half on hour in real time !!


Please do something to help us, (maybe give them little more currage )

its becouse you have high Armor Class, so basicaly they have 5% chance to hit you, that makes them preferably run, do not travel in TB with car!

Are ghouls considered as creatures (for most creatures killed) ? Because i think they should be but they die at -20 hp as people, creatures are dying at 0 hp so i dont know.

Ghouls are humans which get to much radiation. Visit Gecko and ask Harold who is he.

Quick question about the last perk you take:

If you decide not to take the perk at lvl 24, would you still be able to take it at lvl 42.000? Or do you lose the option to take it at lvl 28?

You lose the option at lvl 30
