Question about Ghost perk.
Does it minimize the penalty for weapons (and being blusuit) while sneaking? Description says that it increases Sneak by 30% but not above 300% skill threshold.
So I'm wondering if I have 300% Sneak and Ghost perk and I'm a bluesuit (penalty -50 Sneak) does the game see my effective Sneak as 280%? (300 -50 +30) or 250%? (300(ghost not effective) - 50) ?

Penalty for armor, weapons and explosives is calculated in the end, AFTER rounding the value to 300. So you can't have more than 250% effective Sneak skill when you are in bluesuit.

Considering how it works doesn't it make Ghost perk somewhat useless? It adds 30% to Sneak but in FOnline Reloaded you can gain levels and skill points after lvl24. In that case there is no reason to pick Ghost perk as that 30% skill can be substituted by simply leveling up few levels and simply adding skill points to Sneak skill.
I would suggest to modify Ghost perk somehow to make it a real option as I'm afraid in current state people will just ignore it and take something else.

Personally I think it would be better just remove weak healing powder from the game and replace it with healing powder, it's still low healing item.

Do I receive full skill points per lvl after 24 or only a portion of them and can I still lvl tagged skills?

I left 2238 about 2 years ago so I need to know if the wiki is up to date other than changes already stated in the changelog.

Is there any way to remove withdrawal effect of drugs or I'm useless for 30 minutes after they wear off?

Fast Shot trait works only single shots, and it works when you have option for an aimed attack (no hth and no big guns except bozar I think). It doesn't work for any burst type.
