All right, I have a question: How would one get this to work on MacBook Pro? And would it run well?

Another question: I heard that the game is very brutal, I.e. Nobody gives a crap about new players and shoots them on sight. Is this true? Or would someone be able to buddy up with me? Are there companions in the game (NPC)?

Well for question 1, you will need a windows emulator. I would strongly recommend Wine Bottler. There are plenty of detailed tutorials on youtube.

Question 2, yes it's true. You're only truly safe with experience. You will eventually realize that it doesn't matter if you lose shit, you can just get up and try again. If you want immediate protection, join a faction. The Khans are a Brotherhood and we will protect our brothers to the death. And in my opinion, the Khans will outlast all the other factions that rise.

Thinking about whether I should play reloaded, fo2 or just soloing requiem.

I would much rather play reloaded but I have heard it is soft in comparison with limits on pvp in towns, stealing, bombs and have heard it is a lot more 'forgiving'.

Can someone explain because i'd rather not play FO2 because I dislike the wipe dynamic and the fact that tech is released in stages.
