Vault 12 Faulty Elevator

I journeyed into Vault 12 today, but once I left the 1st floor, I was stuck. The elevator glitched out. The animation would play but I wouldn't be moved. I was able to go from the 2nd to 3rd and back, but neither floor took me to the 1st. Had to suicide out.


*Update*
Had to go back to complete a quest. This time 1st floor wouldn't take me to the 2nd. From the 3rd floor I could go to the 2nd. On the 2nd, I couldn't get to the 1st, but this tome from the 3rd it took me to the 1st.

I know. This is all very confusing.
