I heard that here still can find Little Jesus, but it's just more rare weapon now, than on the last session...

Once I've met a melee guy in the desert.
He had 38 hp and was blinded for one eye.
He was chased by two Deathclaws.
After saving his sorry ass from tearing a new hole I've noticed he was wearing Lil' Jesus.
I've asked about where did he obtained it. He answered something like
"Either I've found it in caves or as a quest reward. I can't remember exactly. I think there was a quest in Hub."
