What do you think about my sneaker concept ? I dont intend using it in serious PVP, but to fool around in random encounters is it okay ?

Here's my version of your build ( using Throwing knifes from behind ) : 3 Strenght has a range issue

With heave oh! acting as a throwing weapon handling on top of adding 6 range you're at 5 str

The 9 agility and perception become 10 with nuka and cigs ( the only drugs you need with this.

 A variant with 1 END and 10 agility will allow you a combo of nuka/jet/buffout/cigs for a better rate of fire at the cost of some hp's

The luck loss is very small considering you have an auto critical from behind, get some shortuc to firstly aim the groin instead of head then head for second shot. I'll do the 1 END version like this you'll have two builds to look at.

Thanks ! I've thought EN<5 is bad even for a sneaker but higher INT is way better. My question is will I still be able to get decent throwing range with STR 3 + HeaveHo ?

If the wiki information ( Tmp pages...) are correct( I trust it ), you should be able to reach the 21 range with any throwing weapon with 3 strenght and heave oh.

With the build i linked you'll truly struggle with the hp's depending the situations, it's going to be error-less moves or you're dead in 2-3 hits, it's possible to remove a few perception from 9 to 6 or even 4 ( you'll have the equivalent of 6 PE of sight range with sharpshooter...) Also TB fights will remove your sneak once your turn ends, so make sure you're not a potential target once you finished moving, I'd stick to RT with this build kill a few target, sneak and look how it's going, regenerate all AP then attack if you have windows to :p

8 Intel for the Educated perk giving you +2 bonus SP each level. some science books may be required or you'll only be able to get it at level 2-3, don't forget the gun runner dialog weapon skill "reward" giving a few in throwing ( "Fight silently and from a distance line )

Possibility to fix it with a psycho buffout jet armor +1 str ( on the 1 END build )

The question is how much sneak will I need to be hidden from 15 hexes away if its reasonable, thats not a problem

15 hexes without stealth boy, ~3 hexes with stealth boy.

Since i really don't like poorly optimised things ( and by poorly optimised i'm speaking of the needs of armor with a stat to work properly i don't claim giving you the best sneaker available...)  here's another one with 6 perception ( possibility to get 4 PE for more END or luck your taste )

feel free to modify if you wish ( like 4 pe for exemple you're not a sneak hunter. )
