Full PvE focus character

Im looking for the best possible PvE build, so far this is what Im playing right now:

E:10
C:1
I:5
A:10
L:1

Traits:
Fast Shot - For bursting from LSW
Good Natured - For Companion, very usefull on PvE

Skills:
Big Guns, Lockpicking, Outdoor

Perks:
3 - Adrenaline Rush
6 - Toughness
9 - Even Tougher
12, 15, 18 - Lifegiver
21 - Bonus Rate of Attack
24 - Man Of Steel

Im playing mostly solo, was thinking about some crits, but Tank seems do be totally perfect on any PvE activity. Is there something better?

If you want only pve, you dont need toughnesses etc especially if you plan tb

I play mostly real time, TB is too slow and boring.

Sometimes I get knocked down or out, then I miss the Quick Recovery perk. Maybe more useful than Adrenaline Rush.

If you plan to use wastelanders and do only pve i'd suggest the medic perk.

Get some extra points to LK. Use drugs and never play with 1 lk.

Since the bypass nerf and removed from burst, there's less risk playing with 1 luck than before, on top of that you have your wastelanders with you, you truly don't care about a random nasty critical hit : your wastelanders will handle the fight while you're knocked.
