How to get Super Mutant skin?

Now I know the wiki might be outdated but I got a new character and got 2500 caps because I wanted to RP with a friend as a super mutant, but I don't see the option to get the skin anywhere in the Bathhouse in NCR... Is it in the game at all?

There's a quest in the san fran labs, you need 5 intel ( mentats and armor + 1 intel if you're a 2 int buil ) i guess he give 6 quest the first is about electro parts ( 12 ) i guess the quest is bugged.

I believe it's the quest giving the skin, i heard so.

Damn!!  I started playing FOnline again just so I could RP as a SM with a friend. Guess there's no point in playing now.
