Basic Charisma is 1. If i only wear Mirrored Shades, drinking a Beer or wear a stated armor then nothing changes. I always need 2 things to change Ch to 2.

I tested it with my main char (tragic addicted too). And no, i only have this problem with my crafter.
Can it be related to it that i registered my crafter at the first day after wipe? Can anybody confirm that problem?
