Help with main quest

[Kron Solo]

i used NCR's vault tec transcom to talk with Vault 24 and Enclave (with President), after that all i'm going to NCR goverment and try to find help, but i cant and now i need to check BARS? What? I checked all bars in NCR and other's cities, and i dont know what i need to complete this stage of quest. 

UPD: quest finished, i found guy in NCR outside bar, thanks for help, admin can delete topic)

check Rawhide again (no doors should be left closed, no NPC should be left unclicked)
